How to Post Content to Your Site

In order to post new content to your website, you must have an account that has been granted the proper privileges. If you do not yet have an account, you may register for one. Sites designed by us contain links to manage your account and content at the bottom of the page.

Registering for an account:

Register Link-    Click on the “Register” link at the bottom of the page and complete the form.




Activation Link-    You will receive an email with an activation link. Click on the link in the email to activate your account.

-    Email technical support at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   to request privileges to post content.

-    You will receive a return email with the status of your request.

-    If your request was approved, you will now be able to post content to the site.

Logging into the site:

Login Link-    Click on the “Login” link and enter your information.





Logout Link-    To logout, click the “Logout” link.





Submitting new content:

New Article Link-    Once you have logged in, click on the “Submit Content” link. This will take you the “Add Content” page that contains an editor similar to Microsoft Word.
-    On the “Add Content” page there are several fields. Click here for a diagram of this page with a description of each field.
-    Required fields include: Title, Category, and Intro Text.
-    Click on the floppy disk button to save. You are now ready to publish your content.

Publishing content:

-    Submitting an article does not automatically make it visible to the public. In order for content to be visible to the public, it must be published. New articles default to “Unpublished” and are only visible to the author. Unpublished content can be modified at any time by the author. This will allow an article to be edited in multiple sessions before being made visible to the public.
My Aticles Link-    All of the articles you have authored can be viewed by clicking on the “My Content” link.
-    An article with a red x (Unpublished) is unpublished and an article with a green check (Published) is published. Clicking on the icon will alternate between published and unpublished.
-    To modify an existing article, click on the notepad icon (Edit) next to the article name.
