Rick has been working in the information technology field for nearly ten years and holds a number of certifications including: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). He has designed, implemented, and managed numerous enterprise systems ranging in size from a few users to a many thousand users. He has also worked to develop quality frameworks and standards for large enterprises.
Sarah Winkler
Sarah has been working in the technology field for the last four years. She has supported mission-critical enterprise applications for fortune 500 companies. She is currently focusing on desktop and server support.
